By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform or making any purchase.

About the Service

Sirius WebDetector is a digital investigative tool developed by INTELSIRIUS S.R.L., designed to support users with OSINT queries, online research, and informational checks in real time.

Sirius WebDetector does not store the search terms entered by the user and does not retain the results generated by the platform. All processing takes place in real time and is displayed only to the user.

Eligibility

By using the service or purchasing credits, you confirm that:

You will use Sirius WebDetector only for lawful and legitimate purposes
You will comply with applicable Italian, EU, and international laws

Credits and Payments

Sirius WebDetector operates through a credit-based system. Credits allow access to specific services and features.

Credit Packages and Subscriptions

Sirius WebDetector offers:

One-time credit packages (Starter, Smart, Pro)
Monthly subscriptions
Unlimited plans with fair use limits

Each purchase is processed securely through Stripe.

Delivery of Credits

Credits are added to the user account immediately after Stripe confirms the payment.
If credits do not appear, the user must contact support at: info@webspydetector.com.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments on Sirius WebDetector are handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.

By completing a transaction, you agree to:

Stripe’s Terms of Service
Stripe’s Privacy Policy
The use of secure tokenization (meaning Sirius WebDetector never stores your card data)

Accepted payment methods

Depending on the country, Stripe may accept:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Bank debit methods (SEPA, if enabled)

Sirius WebDetector does not store card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.

Taxes (VAT)

Prices displayed on the website include VAT when applicable under EU law.
Stripe automatically calculates the correct VAT rate based on the user’s billing country.

Users may receive a tax-compliant receipt from Stripe after payment.

Refund Policy

We offer a fair and transparent refund policy, in line with EU consumer rights.

Refunds are available ONLY in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate or unauthorized charges
✔ Technical issues on our platform that prevent the use of purchased credits
✔ Failure to deliver credits after a confirmed payment
✔ Subscription renewals charged after cancellation (if proven)

To request a refund, contact us at info@webspydetector.com within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are NOT available for:

✘ Credits already used
✘ Wrong purchases caused by user error
✘ Attempted misuse of the platform
✘ Purchases older than 14 days
✘ Subscription periods already active before cancellation

Refunds are issued via Stripe, using the same payment method used at the moment of purchase.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a dispute with your bank, users must contact our support.
Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of the account
Deduction of dispute fees charged by Stripe
Legal action in cases of fraud

Subscription Management

Monthly subscription plans renew automatically through Stripe.

Users may:

Cancel their subscription at any time
Update their payment method
View billing history
Manage invoices

All subscription operations occur via Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation Rules

Cancellation stops future renewals
Already-paid periods are not refundable unless required by law
Credits already issued remain available until used or expired (according to plan rules)

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

Use the platform for illegal surveillance or monitoring
Violate GDPR or data protection laws
Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the service
Interfere with system integrity
Use automated tools to bypass credit limitations

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

Service Availability

Sirius WebDetector is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

24/7 uptime
Error-free performance
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Service maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, logos, and data processing mechanisms belong to INTELSIRIUS S.R.L. and are protected by applicable copyright law.

Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Sirius WebDetector is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the platform
Users are fully responsible for how they apply the information obtained
The service is informational only and does not replace professional advice

Sirius WebDetector may link to external websites.
We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The newest version will always appear on this page.

Continued use of the website implies acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be handled by the Court of Arezzo, Italy.
